David joined Caritas Microfinance Bank as the CEO in 2021. He holds a Master’s In Management of Agri-Business, a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Diploma in Business Management, And An Advanced Certificate in Business Management.

He brings great wealth of experience from over 25 years’ experience in banking. He has worked for Equity bank ltd for more than 10 years in Kenya and Tanzania where he held various senior leadership positions in business development, credit risk, credit administration, and general credit operations. He has also worked for other MFI’s, MFBs and DFIs in East Africa including KIE, BIMAS, MFB and Women Economic Empowerment Consort.
