The job holder will assist the Head of Internal Audit in providing independent assurance on the effectiveness of the Bank’s information systems, specifically on integrity, confidentiality, availability of information as well as providing assurance on information system governance, risk management and controls in place, security, reliability, and regulatory compliance of the organization’s information systems, technology processes, and related controls. The role supports the achievement of business objectives by identifying technology risks, assessing control effectiveness, recommending improvements, and promoting sound governance, data integrity and cybersecurity.

To provide timely and effective substantive professional legal support to the Bank across commercial, credit, contractual, regulatory, litigation and other operational matters, while assisting in identifying and managing legal risks and supporting compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
