To access our internet banking, one needs to request for Internet banking via the branch or written request via email and filling application form.

Username and password will be created and sent to registered email for the new user created.

For one to be able to view accounts and transact on Internet Banking Portal, they first need to login. The login page can be accessed from our website: www.caritas-mfb.co.ke then click on Channels then select Internet Banking. On the page that appears, click on NET BANKING LOGIN. This will re-direct you to the login in page.

• Enter username and click on login.
• Enter password.

Click on image verification and login.
Enter OTP sent to registered email or phone number and submit.

• Access statements of, today, given period and current month statements.
• Cheque leaf status.
• Transfers-mobile money transfers, between cmfb accounts, to other bank accounts.
• Bulky payment.
