CPA Patrick Kariuki Kinyori FKIM
Patrick is a Public Certified Accountant with a strong base and experience in financial accountant and consulting for over 40years. He is a member of Kenya Institute of Management (FKIM). He holds a master’s in business administration and a bachelor’s degree in commerce with specialization in accounting. He is also a Board Member in Caritas Nairobi. He holds and has held several board positions in Kenya. He joined the bank’s Board of Directors in 2013 forming part of the team that oversaw the inception of the bank.
Madam Joyce Munene
Ms. Joyce Munene is an accomplished professional with 22+ years of senior-level experience in Legal, Company Secretariat, and Corporate Governance. She possesses a strong educational background, holding a Master of Business Administration (MBA), along with a Degree and Diploma in Law. Her professional credentials include certifications in Governance Audit, Legal & Compliance Audit, and Public Secretary. Since joining Caritas Bank in 2023, she brings a wealth of expertise in managing complex corporate governance and legal matters.
Fr. Simon Ng’ang’a Kinyanjui CPA
Fr. Simon has been a priest in the Archdiocese of Nairobi since 2006. He is the Archdiocese of Nairobi finance administrator. He is a Certified Public Accountant and an MBA in business administration with specialization in Finance. He is a member of the Clergy and also a member of Institute of Certified Public Accountant. He joined the bank in 2017.
Dr. Tom Muchiru Kahigu
Dr. Tom is a distinguished IT Expert and Business Management Professional with over 30 years of corporate experience, culminating in a senior-level career in banking. He has held executive roles in IT and Enterprise Architecture, where he spearheaded critical innovative initiatives. Dr. Tom holds a Doctorate in Strategic Management and possesses professional certifications across Leadership, Risk Management, Governance, Enterprise Architecture, and Service Management. Since joining the bank in September 2025, he is uniquely positioned to drive innovation, mentorship, and research initiatives that enhance banking operations, digital transformation, and financial services.
Mr. Graham Waliaula B. Soita
Graham Waliaula represents a strategic shareholder in the Bank. Joined the bank in 2021. He is a banker and businessperson. He has worked in banking for 11years and gained knowledge in customer service, debt collections and credit process flow. He is passionate about the founding Catholic SHGs and has served within the Archdiocese of Nairobi as chairman of several committees, zonal representative and Advisory Board of Caritas Nairobi archdiocese. Mr. Graham is hold a bachelors degree in Law as well as Business Administration with a major in accounting.
Madam Naomi Wanjiru Matheri
Ms. Naomi is a seasoned Economist with over 18 years of experience specializing in Public Finance. Her expertise covers critical areas including project planning, budgeting, financing, resource mobilization, debt analysis, and management. She holds a Master’s degree in Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Statistics. Her professional development includes extensive training in Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E), Strategic Leadership, Project Management, and Financial Programming & Policies. Ms. Naomi joined the bank in September 2025.
Dr. AnneMary Nkirote
Dr. Annemarie holds a Doctorate in Management, MBA in strategic Management, Bachelor’s Degree of Law and another bachelor’s degree of science in financial services. She is an experienced professional, multi skilled in financial services, strategic management, and a mentor with extensive and diverse experience in Senior Management leadership in a career spanning over 30 years in the Banking industry. She Joined the bank’s Board of Directors in 2021.
Fr. Peter Kiarie
Fr. Peter, a priest in the Archdiocese of Nairobi, serves as a strategic shareholder of the bank. He brings significant expertise in Finance Management, Human Resources, and Business Strategy, Serving the Archdiocese in key roles, including Finance and Director. Fr. Peter holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and degrees in Theological Studies, Philosophy, and Religious Studies. He joined the bank in 2024, leveraging his unique background to guide strategic decisions.
